• Payments are due before project commencement.
• All invoices must be paid within 7 days.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, all design and development work belongs to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.

5. Refund & Cancellation

No refunds will be provided after the project has started. Clients can cancel before project commencement for a full refund.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
